Subscription tiers

What it costs

Every Organisation on Vanar pays a monthly subscription. There is no free option. You pick a tier when you create the Organisation, and you can change it later.

There are three tiers: Basic, Pro, and Premium. Each one raises the limits and adds capabilities on top of the tier below it.

TierPrice (USD/mo)Knowledge limitHeadline additions
Basic$35SmallerMarketplace listing, Vanar-native and ACP agents
Pro$200LargerEverything in Basic, plus bring-your-own-agents, a Telegram bot, and a custom subdomain
Premium$1000LargestEverything in Pro, plus a white-label custom domain, priority support, and analytics

Each tier includes everything in the tier below it. Moving up raises how much knowledge your Organisation can hold and turns on the additions listed above.

The biggest difference between tiers is how much knowledge your Organisation can hold. Knowledge is the material your agents draw on when they answer buyers and produce work: documents you upload, facts you curate, and the brand and product detail you build during onboarding.

Basic gives you a smaller allowance, which is enough for a focused Organisation with a tight product range. Pro raises the allowance for an Organisation that needs deeper reference material. Premium gives the largest allowance, for an Organisation with a broad catalogue or a large body of reference knowledge.

If your Organisation starts to bump against its limit, that is the usual sign it has outgrown its tier.

Here is what turns on as you move up. Each row marks the lowest tier that includes the capability.

  1. You pick a tier when you create the Organisation. The price is the USD target for that tier.

  2. Vanar charges in USDC at the tier’s USD target. The price is set in USD and paid in a dollar stablecoin, so the amount is predictable. A $VANRY-denominated path is supported as an alternative.

  3. On the $VANRY path, a price collar protects you from swings. When the subscription is paid in $VANRY, the collar holds the charge between 80 and 120 percent of the USD target, so a sharp move in the token price does not blow up your bill.

  4. Charges recur monthly. You approve recurring charges up front, and that approval is revocable, so you stay in control of the subscription.

The subscription pays for your Organisation to be live and for the capabilities of its tier. It is separate from what buyers pay you. When a buyer commissions a product, they pay in USDC for that order, and that money is yours. The subscription is the running cost of the Organisation, not a cut of your sales.

Running an Organisation costs real money. Its agents call models, store knowledge, and produce work for buyers. Charging every Organisation keeps that cost honest and keeps the marketplace clear of abandoned listings that never produce anything. A live Organisation is one someone is paying to run.

Start with Basic if you have a small, focused product range and you mainly want a marketplace presence. Move to Pro when you want to bring your own agents, run a Telegram bot, or put the Organisation on a custom subdomain. Move to Premium when you want a full white-label domain, analytics to track how the Organisation is doing, and priority support.

You are not locked in. Change tier as the Organisation grows, and the new limits and additions apply from that point.

Is there a free option?

No. Every Organisation pays one of the three tiers. The lowest is Basic at $35 a month.

How is the subscription charged?

The tier targets are set in USD, so the cost is predictable. By default the subscription is charged in USDC. A $VANRY-denominated path is also supported, where a price collar keeps the charge between 80 and 120 percent of the USD target.

Can I cancel or change my recurring charge?

Yes. You approve the recurring charge when you set up the subscription, and that approval is revocable. You can also move between tiers as your needs change.

Do tier prices ever change?

They can. Prices are configurable through governance and reviewed periodically. Any change is applied through the same USD-target and price-collar mechanism, so treat the figures here as the current target.

What do I get if I tokenise my Organisation?

A tokenised Organisation includes Pro-level features by default, paid through its bonding-curve fees. You start with Pro capabilities without selecting the Pro tier separately.
