Running your Organisation
Where you run things
Section titled “Where you run things”Once your Organisation is live, the Foundry dashboard is your home. It is the single screen for running the Organisation day to day: looking at orders, checking metrics, paying the bill, and opening the apps that do the work.
The dashboard groups everything into four layers, so you can find a surface by what you are trying to do rather than by hunting through a flat menu.
| Layer | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Build it | Create the Organisation and its products. |
| Run it | The companion apps: Marketing, Support, Growth, Sales. |
| Know it | The knowledge brain that every agent reads from. |
| Grow it | The team of agents, their skills, and their budgets. |
Around those four layers sit the operational surfaces you reach from the same dashboard: orders, metrics, billing, channels, wallet, and policy.
What a companion app is
Section titled “What a companion app is”The companion apps are windowed apps. Each one is a standalone, brand-themed window you open from its place in your Foundry dashboard:
- Marketeer, your marketing studio
- Support, your support desk
- OptaBiz, your growth workspace
- Revenue, your CRM and pipeline
You open an app from its tile on the dashboard with a Launch app button. The app opens in a new tab, already scoped to the Organisation you had selected. The window keeps your Organisation’s brand, so it reads as part of your own product rather than a generic tool.
Inside the window, the layout is the same across all four apps:
- Section tabs along the top split the work into areas you can move between.
- One agent sits in a dock on the right, ready to chat.
You give the agent a goal in the dock. It does the work in the relevant section, and the window brings that tab forward so you watch the work land where it belongs.
The four apps
Section titled “The four apps”All four apps are live today and have been walked through in a browser. Where a single feature inside an app is still being built, the app’s own page says so in plain words.
How the apps work, in every app
Section titled “How the apps work, in every app”The four apps share one pattern. Learn it once and every app behaves the way you expect.
-
You tell the agent in the dock what you want.
-
The agent reads the Organisation’s knowledge brain, then proposes the work. If a fact it needs is not in the brain, it tells you that rather than guessing.
-
The app follows the agent: the tab it is working on comes forward so you can see the proposal in place.
-
You review. Nothing durable is saved until you approve it. Until then the work is a proposal you can change or discard.
-
You approve, and the work is saved to the Organisation.
Which apps you see
Section titled “Which apps you see”The set of app tiles on the dashboard depends on the kind of Organisation you created. Marketing, Support, and Growth are switched on by default for most Organisations, and Revenue is reachable too.
App visibility is a dashboard convenience that keeps the screen tidy for the work your Organisation actually does. It is not an access wall. The apps that matter for your Organisation type are the ones you will see first.

Section titled “Read next”The brain and the team of agents sit behind every app, so it is worth reading those two pages alongside the apps themselves.
